Beltrami Neighborhood Council is providing a 21-day notice to the community regarding a potential update to our Bylaws. The Board of Directors has recommended the following changes, to be discussed and voted on at our Board Meeting on May 4th at 6:30 PM:

  1. Change to Article X, Section 4 – Fiscal Year – Fiscal year to be changed from June – May, to January – December
  2. Change to Article VI, Section VII – Remote Communication – Board members to be allowed to participate in a meeting remotely more than one (1) time during a twelve (12) month period.
