Hennepin County, in partnership with City of Minneapolis, is making improvements on East Hennepin Avenue in 2020. The proposals have included repaving the road, improving ADA accessibility along the corridor, adding a Bike Boulevard and upgrading the pedestrian flashing light beacon at the crosswalk to a newer flashing light beacon system.
