The Housing and Livability Committee and the Board of Directors have approved the topics for our first ever Safety Education Series. This free series of classes, spanning the months of 2017, will educate the community about ways to keep themselves and their families safe in a variety of situations. The class topics and times are as follows:

We’re excited to announce our¬†third class: Self Defense with Mary Brandl

Mary presented this class last year to a group who found it useful and worth repeating. So we’re bringing her back to present the program again. Mary is a 4th degree black belt and teaches self defense to a variety of groups. This class is free and open to anyone age 13 and up. We recommend attendees wear comfortable tennis shoes and clothing that allows for a wide range of movement.

When: Tuesday, January 23rd, 6:30-8:30
