The Minneapolis Planning Commission has approved a new, 3-story apartment building to be built at 907 Winter St NE.  The metal finishing plant currently on site will be environmentally cleaned, demolished, and additional cleanup will take place.  The project will break ground early summer 2019.

The architect and developer held 4 community meetings with the Beltrami Neighborhood Council where they presented their plans and heard community feedback.  Many Beltrami residents’ ideas were incorporated into the final design.  The BNC Board of Directors wrote Letters of Support for this project.
